Welcome Back, John Jay!

  • Make an appointment with an advisor via Navigate.  Need help scheduling an appointment? Check out this infographic!  Advising appointments are being held in the following ways:
Online Zoom appointment.  All John Jay students are eligible for a free Zoom account by using your John Jay username and password.  Through Zoom, advisors are able to screen share and show helpful tools such as your transcript and degree audit.  If scheduling an online zoom appointment, please ensure that at the time of the appointment you are in a quiet space free of distractions!
In Person appointment.  For access to campus facilities, you must adhere to CUNY’s COVID vaccine/testing requirements.  Additionally, while no longer mandatory, we kindly ask that all visitors to our office continue to wear a face mask (covering nose and mouth) for the duration of their visit.  Masks are readily available and our front desk staff will happily provide one for you should you need.
