Bio
Maria Arndt is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law and Police Science. She studies prosecutorial decision making, racial and ethnic disparities in criminal case processing, and data-informed prosecution. She has published her work in various journals including Race and Justice, Criminal Justice Review, and Criminology and Public Policy. She is a Florida native and attended Florida International University for graduate school and the University of Florida for her undergraduate degrees in Criminology & Law and International Studies.
